About Me

With over 20 years of experience in gaming, esports, and the VTuber industry, I bring a perspective to legal practice that few attorneys can match. I've lived the industries I serve: as a professional StarCraft player, esports company founder, and startup executive, before earning my law degree and passing the California Bar in 2018.

My legal practice focuses on the intersection of entertainment, technology, and digital media. I've represented professional League of Legends players and coaches, major content creators and VTubers, indie agencies, and startups navigating complex business and IP issues. My experience spans corporate transactions (including multiple M&A deals for my own companies), defamation defense, privacy matters, copyright and antitrust issues in esports, and a wide range of disputes unique to the creator economy.

I understand my clients' businesses because I've built them myself. Whether you're a solo creator, a growing agency, or an established organization, I combine practical industry knowledge with rigorous legal advocacy to protect your interests.

When I'm not practicing law, you'll find me at my taekwondo studio in Sherman Oaks, CA, where I teach as a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido.
