I have been involved in esports since the early 2000’s, founding some of the earliest pro gaming circuits (NASL), and collegiate esports (CSL). I built professional teams at Fnatic and most recently ran large scale creator programs and 3rd party esports ecosystems at EFG and DreamHack. VTubing is one of the most exciting new industries in the US, blending anime culture with innovative tech trends. I have grown my own VTuber agency since 2023, and have extensive experience managing VTubers from my own agency and independently. I sold my agency, lucid Multimedia, to Superstate Holdings in 2024.

I’ve founded three startups and experience two successful exits. This unique experience has allowed me to successfully navigate legal work for startups, handling various corporate governance issues, M&A, privacy policies, and more. I have experience with startups from a legal, operational, and product standpoint.
